HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER 2023
(in loving memory of Toby)
Our Rescue has suffered terribly since the beginning of the year 2020. Our donations have plummeted causing us to take in less and less dogs each year due to cost.

Still we have taken in as many seniors and dogs with special needs as we could. As you all know we lost our precious irreplaceable Toby several months ago. Since then we have accepted THREE special needs furbabies.

1) Kahleesi (also known as Itty Bitty) who arrived with a horrendous skin infection which has been successfully healing for the past several months.

2) Violet Rose, a tiny young (2 lb) female who arrived completely blind. We have been to the eye specialist several times and she will be undergoing further testing to see if cataract surgery is something that can fix her eyesight. If so, the surgery will be very expensive.

3) Dolly, an 11 ounce mixed breed puppy was found in a dumpster beside her two dead litter mates. Dolly was clinging to life, her blood sugar had plummeted and she was so weak she could not even lift her head. Her eyes were glazed over but she was still breathing. Because of a Good Samaritan who was able to get immediate help for her, Dolly's life was spared. She was surrendered to us the next day and continues to do well in spite of a temporary problem with her back legs and an ulcerated cornea which is now healing well. Dolly's Video

We believe every life is worth saving. We know you do too. Can you help us continue this important work?   If you cannot send a monetary donation then as always, we ask you for your prayers.
